Dr. Huesser holds an MBA and a Doctoral Degree from Wilmington University.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a member of Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. 

Since 2010, Dr Huesser has focused his business attentions in the healthcare sector (cancer-focused).  He is a results-driven, strategic management corporate professional who has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. 

Dr Huesser helped establish and build a robust research unit for the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, assisted the center in integrating several organizations into the center through acquisitions, mergers, and consortia building.

With his biggest accomplishment coming when he administratively led the center to Comprehensive Status for the SKCC, 1 of 53 comprehensive centers recognized by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) at the time out of thousands nationwide.  Dr Huesser also received an Exceptional ranking by the NCI where as fewer than 50 individuals have ever achieved over the last 54 years.   

Dr Huesser’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration and transparency, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability for his teams.  He believes that open, direct communication and strong listening skills are essential for being an effective leader.  He is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. 

Dr Huesser serves on several nonprofit boards and committees and is often a sought-after speaker at conferences for his insights on business and leadership practices.  Dr Huesser is also a certified Neuroscience / Neurodiversity coach.
